- Roast beef (1/2-1 lb)
- Red and Green Bell pepper
- White onion
- Mushrooms
- Swiss cheese
- Sandwich rolls
Prep:
- Saute Bell pepper, mushrooms and onions in a little oil and Montreal steak seasoning.
- Add Roast beef to heat.
- Put everything on a bun, add cheese on top
- BBQ or Broil to melt cheese and toast bun
